This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order placed on our website.
1. Cancelling Your Order (Before Dispatch)
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
We dispatch orders the same working day if placed before 1:00 PM (13:00 GMT).
Therefore, if you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
Cancellations requested after the order has been dispatched cannot be processed.
You may still return the item after delivery — see our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellations After Dispatch
Once your order has been handed to the courier:

The order cannot be stopped

You must wait for delivery and then request a return

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

3. Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

You do not need to follow the standard cancellation rules

Please contact us within 48 hours

We will arrange a replacement or collection at no cost to you
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved (before dispatch):

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover payment provider charges

Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank
4A. Cancellation Fee (Payment Processing Costs)
If a customer requests a cancellation before dispatch, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
This fee covers non-refundable payment processing charges applied by our payment service providers (such as card processors and gateways), which are incurred as soon as an order is placed.
