Return & Refund Policy

At Home Gym Deals, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
If you need to return an item, we make the process simple and transparent.
Please review the conditions below before sending anything back.

1. How to Request a Return

All returns must be authorized in advance.

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will reply with instructions and the correct return address.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You have the right to return most products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To qualify for a return:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Unassembled

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Complete with all parts, manuals, and accessories

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Items must be returned in the same packaging and protective boxes in which they were delivered.
  • If the original packaging is missing, damaged, or replaced with different packaging, a 5% repackaging fee may be deducted from the refund.
  • If an item has been assembled or used, we may not be able to arrange a return collection, and the customer may be required to return the item to our warehouse address at their own cost.
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damage reported after this timeframe may require additional verification before a replacement or refund can be issued.

  • Photos of packaging if damaged

Once reviewed, we will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Refund

Faulty/damaged items are collected or replaced free of charge.

4. Exchanges

We can only exchange items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us with photos of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and replacement details.

5. Return Postage

Customer-paid returns: If a return is requested due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 5% restocking fee may also apply (see Section 6).

Discounted collection: We may be able to arrange a discounted courier collection — please contact us for a quote.

Faulty or incorrect items: Return shipping costs are fully covered by Home Gym Deals.

If the item has been assembled or used, we may not be able to arrange a courier collection, and the customer will be responsible for returning the item directly to our warehouse.

6. Restocking Fee

If a return is requested due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee helps cover:

• Inspection and handling
• Repackaging and warehouse processing

The restocking fee does not apply if:

• The item is faulty
• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was sent by us

In these cases, no restocking fee will be charged and Home Gym Deals will cover return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Most refunds appear within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank)

Please note: If the return is due to change of mind or similar reasons, the 5% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

Exercise mats

Resistance bands

Wearable fitness accessories

Custom-built or special-order products may also be excluded from returns unless faulty.
